    I would like to know few things about the application for build crew.
    How many applications are there weekly and How many people actively choose if the app is being accepted or not?

    I'd imagine they get a large amount of applications, and they are voted on by those carrying the rank you applied for.
    (if you apply for Builder, Builders will vote on your application)
