Archer/Hunter build 35-45 lvl and 50-60 lvl

Please advise builds for 35-45 lvl and for 50-60 lvl.
build for normal killing mobs in snowy biome 40-50 lvl mobs
and build for 50-60 lvl not to ask in the future

I had a friend ask, for an archer need to look for % damage spells or just basic damage? help pls

 

Generally, spells are stronger than melee attacks (unless you're using a melee build)
