Bugged Rise of the Quartron Quest

Hello, I am currently unable to do the Rise of the Quartron quest. I believe I may have been lagging when going through the quest. I have made it to the point where you need to put the Quartz Piece into the charging station to blow up the door. However, nothing happens when I try to use the charging station. I have been trying to complete this quest for an hour now. If I could get some help it would be greatly appreciated.
