Bugged Murde Mystery Quest

There's a problem with the Murder Mystery quest (Lv.74)
At the point where I've gone to house 12 and i need to find a way down the sewers I didn't know what to do so I searched on youtube and found some guides but every guides shows that near the bartender there's a button on the emerald block. But I see no button there, and I've found out that it might be because the cinfras update( i guess?) so if anyone can help pls leave a reply.
