Bugged Jester? [solved]

    So I have this Jester necklace,

    With a 25% bonus,
    and a 29% loot bonus.

    I also have this trash bracelet
    http://imgur.com/a/4w9J4
    Which has 5% xp, and 6% loot bonus

    But on my compass
    I see this:

    Basically the jester set bonus is applying, but I only have the 1 necklace
    (As I have 30% xp Bonus TOTAL, and 35% loot bonus TOTAL, and the jester set removes 25% xp, and 25% Loot = 5% xp, 10% loot
    ?!?!?!!
    Am I being dumb here?
    Whats wrong?

    Never trust the compass on anything. It's the compass that's bugged, not your gear.

    because the set bonus is meant to be like that even with 1 item, when you get 2 itll turn into -50% etc

    Why not just make it... ya know

    do like 5% xp instead
