Clue Bug With Talking Mushroom

Why is there 2 mushrooms with one with 1 NBT tags, and one with 2 NBT tags ?

The right mushroom is the one with 2 NBT tags, this one trigger the message we've found in Ragni, Yahya's house and Time Door.

When you disconnect and come back, the mushroom become the one with 1 NBT tags and will don't work...

For people who was thinking of that being a fake or something else, you have your answer, do this fast before the server restart.
