SPOILER Bug With Hunger Of Gerts Part 2

In The Part where I have to talk to the Captured Gert which I already did worked the first time, but on the next time because I killed myself and I thought something was wrong because the Crazy Butcher says slow down you want to listen to my story so I cant access the power room, then on the next time I speak to the Captured Gert it doesn't speak and when I try to leave it keeps me back from going
