bug report question and small unexploitable bug in sewers

I searched everywhere but I wasn't able to find any way to actually bug report

and I wanted to bug report due to the fact that i found a small room under the sewers exit(the place where we have to find a way to exit the place) there was a hole under the water and I thought it was the exit but it completely locked me out cos I had to swim to go there and there is no way to go back so i lost a couple soul points
