Bug, Is There Solution?

I bought a mask (helmet/armor) in Iboju village, great skin.
But when I buy it had a skin and now there's no skin.
I am wearing the steave's head, and there is not skin on the mask anymore....
Can you help me? and can I return my skin on a mask somehow
Can I fix that bug?

Plss help me to sort it out!

Unfortunately there is no way to fix this that I am aware of. It is an issue with data tags and whatnot.

I might be wrong, but I think it's because of Wynncraft's weird 1.7/1.8 deal where it's not fully 1.8. I remember a similar thing happening on High Pickle when they still allowed 1.7 players where the skins on their NPCs wouldn't load. I'm pretty sure when Wynncraft becomes 1.8 (<insert familiar meme about time>) this problem will be fixed.
