    All quests that spawn items do not work. They will not spawn until it's fixed :)

    btw is there any quest for above level 80 that doesnt need to spawn stuff

    Just to be silly:
    I can think of one quest that doesn't need items to spawn, at any level: The Quest for More Grinding.
    The easiest way for you to check the answer to your question, yourself, is to look at the quests on the Wiki.
