[bug] Disappearifing Crates?

So, I went to open my daily crate, and after popping out two possible items, the crate just disappeared, like someone had appearified it somewhere else. I'm guessing the crate had a camera set up and was pulling a prank, but the arrow missed the memo and so didn't get disappearified:

I'm really just quite confused as to what happened.

 

Try doing it in a very open area

 

Can crates just bug out and disappear if there's something in the way of the spinning items?

 

Idk, since your assassin I'd suggest trying to jump on the rodoroc fountains

 

I don't think that's the case. I was in an extremely flat and empty area yet this still happened to me yesterday.

Same happened to me today when opening my crate near troms, unfortunately.

 

I always open my crates with a part of the circle in a wall, so it don't come from this XD

 

There's another post like this... BUT guess what. Same thing happened to me yesterday... and the arrow was still there. I opened another one right beside it, and the tier 1 chest tag stayed there this time :P (person to the right is my cousin, he asked to tell me which wand was better of 2 he had so that's why I logged in. GLITCHFESTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT)
