Prices of Un-IDed Legendary Items are much lower as compared to their IDed versions
Thanks to the Item Identifier trick, I can guarantee you will receive the Un-IDed version of the item you wish to own
I am fully aware of the trick you can also do to determine the Un-IDed item's identity, (@LarzLapiz [SEE THE THREAD HERE] but I personally find it unreliable

Whats more, you can DIY! (Do It Yourself) Try out your luck and ID items yourself!

19. Selling Unidentified Items
(Selling unidentified Mythics is not allowed. Legendary and below is fine. If the item turns out to be a different item than is advertised a refund must be given, as it would be considered scamming, see game rule #8.)

No worries, if an Un-IDed item turns out to not be the item I claimed it to be, I will offer a full refund, & as an apology, you can keep the item you identified for FREE!

The items with prices highlighted in RED I do not sell in my shop, as their item ID prices overlap with other items of the same type, making it difficult for me to ensure that the Un-IDed item is a certain legendary.

The items highlighted in BLUE , even if they have the same ID prices, as they are accessories and accessories of the same item (even when Un-IDed) stack upon one another I can accurately determine the exact item it will be when IDed, through IDing one item of each stack.

Sadly, I rarely keep Un-IDed Legendary Weapons, so my Legendary Weapon Stockpile is usually empty, (check the IDed items section below if I have a certain weapon you seek in its IDed version) or alternatively, you can put in a request for a certain Un-IDed Legendary item so long as its ID price is not highlighted in RED (see spoilers above)
