Broken skill tree?

Hello, when I just logged in all my skill points got resetted. I started respending them but the last 2 - 3 pages don't show up. The arrow down dissapears. I resetted with my last shards and when I scrolled down I could go down entirely. As I started respending my points, once again I can't get down to the last 2+- pages and have 7 points left I can't spend on the highest tier abilities with no shards left anymore. Why is this? Relogging/serverjumping doesn't work...
