Broken secret discoveries.

So the the temple of the light secret discoveries. In that secret discoveries there should be a end rods particle for the puzzle but it didn't appear for me. I have tried at day time and night time or /class and changing world but the particles didn't appear. I have turned particle on the options. I have also tried solving the puzzle even though the end rods particle didn't appear but it didn't work.

 

I haven't checked the secret discovery recently but I know not too long ago the discovery was broken for everyone, so it's possible it's the same issue
