Broken Quest

Hello! I posted onto the bug fix forum but haven't gotten a response yet. I am doing the "Rise of the Quartron" quest and it will not let me move forward. I am at the point where I have beaten the guards and need to break into the lab. When I got upstairs and read the journal/get the quartz piece, it will not allow me to interact with the quartz charging station at all. I have tried several of the recommended fixes but, nothing is working. Please help!
