Broken Quest

I was doing the quest "Fate of the Fallen" and I lagged after Theorik told me to defend the portal, so when I was able to the move the bridge collapsed and I couldn't get back up. Is there a way to either restart the quest or get back to the temple of time? /fixquest isn't going to help here but I have another Theorik's Staff cause it respawns in the Nessak Bank, if I could get back to the Nessak of the past would Theorik still be at the portal and would I be able to run to the roots of corruption in the past to complete the quest or am I never going to be able to complete the quest and unlock the ice barrows dungeon

 

Have you tried simply going back into the door of time? If you mean that you died, there's usually a way to get back

 

if you have an extra theorick staff, you can walk back to the temple of time (which is in time valley by the way, near ragni, you just can't teleport there) and drop in the staff

 

If you don’t have an extra staff, you can get one from the Nessak bank as well

 

Where do I drop the extra theorick staff?

In the temple of time
You click the alter in the center of the temple of time with the staff.
