Broken Boss Altar (sunset Canyon)

Hello! I recently spent an hour or so tracking down the Mesa Boss Altar, the Sunset Canyon. After finally finding it, I dropped in all 12 coyote fangs, and a ton of fiery particle effects came from the altar.
Then, I was teleported to a random barrier-enclosed cave at 2171, -1445 with absolutely nothing in it. My character is now stuck. What the heck just happened???
What is the meaning of this?​

Seriously, though, if this isn't finished, then don't put it in the game!

 

I did it, so there is some different possibilities :
1. I cheat
2. I glitch
3. I'm god (Surely this)
4. I'm a friend of Yahya
5. You're not lucky

 

Worked multiple times yesterday just fine for me and there hasn't been a push that I'm aware of, and there's no reason to touch it on the build server which means there's no reason this should be happening.

 

It happened.
I'll try again tomorrow once I get my SP back and see if the same thing happens
