This is the Icebreaker, a weapon that the character Aeon Soralen wields in the upcoming Wynncraft RP/fictional retelling, First of the Storm.

The Icebreaker is an elaborately crafted dagger, forged from steel and silver. At its core is a pristine blue crystal, as part of a memento that Aeon still has from his father. The spruce-wood hilt is wrapped in dark-gray ribbon attached to the user's wrist, allowing them to wield it at close-range or from a distance. The dagger's mechanisms adapt after repeated usage, extending the dagger's multiple part blade to create swift, sharper attacks. It's cold to the touch.
