breakdown, very high melee damage thunder helmet, works somewhat nicely with storm brewer
diamond static necklace, stacks on an extra attack tier to all of those big melee boosts.

9/4 mana steal
having troubles with consistency? just take a little item called "impulse" with you as a secondary, it's super slow (very slow cause diamond static necklace) and has 8/4 mana steal.
basically you'll get 15 mana in 1 shot.

overall just a tankier version of my first draft
