    I've heard it referred to as the offensive water spear, but I can't make it do anywhere near the damage of Tidebinder, which is already known for having low damage among spears. Any ideas?

    ninth has lower damage than tide and sheetice
    really its most useful for making a bash spam build while staying tanky cause you got the extra sp with the +40 intel. I myself tend to like using it with stuff like soulflare+anima or as a secondary in a thunder/water spell build. but yeah its a spellspam slap basicly. makes 2 mana bashes really easy
