I would like 2 of bob's tears as they are so rare, didn't even find one while in Ragni for 3 hours.

Doesn't do anything. Pretty sure only loot bonus will affect your drop rate on bob's tear.

 

Yeah, I am pretty sure loot bonus is the only thing affecting the drops.

Well, since how hard it is to find Bob the Zombie in Ragni, I'll just buy one.
