bobs mythic weapon or ethereal im so confused

i seen people say that ethereal is better then bobs weapon

this is ethereal with 2 t6 powders it says average dps 304

this is bob weapon with no powder and it has 313 dps
i just dont get why ppl say ethereal is better then bob weapon can anyone explain??
and also if bob weapon better then ethereal what powder should i put on it?

 

pick whatever you like it's not like you are going to use it long term

also ethereal have mana regen and damage bonuses which when rolled good should outperform bob's wand in any way spell wise
