    Hello there,

    I now decided again trying get Bobs Tear in Ragni from him, but he didn't spawn.. I was there about 20 minutes running around Ragni but he was nowhere and there were no other players who also wanted to find him..

    maybe he can't spawn because there are too many mobs in Ragni? I realized e.g. that there are more citizens.. could something like this be the problem?

    Doubt it. You should probably just wander around in Ragni for a while. He can spawn literally anywhere inside of it. Worst case scenario just blow a few EBs on one from some guy in Detlas.
