    How do you increase your chances of getting bob's soul and the depressing items?

    They dont, in fact, the lower your loot bonus and lvl is the higher of chance you have to get them, so I suggest starting a new class and grinding mobs around Ragni while killing Bob who occasionally spawns in Ragni.

    No loot bonus for getting depressing items, high loot bonus for getting the tear :)
