Did you know about the 41 intel threshold? Neither did I!

This is basically the strictly better version of black amaranth + far cosmos build. I am not sure what I was on when I made the previous build. Especially because I remember playing this build and taking it through wybel and LI.

(Though I guess -water def is kinda bad)

Oh well. Perfect items gonna be hard to get so u can drop the summa for a prism when 1.20 comes out

Only 100% rage boost because this build is not a tank; you can get around 120%? by using lustrous as an offhand
