big lag when I play at nighttime

When I play on 10PM KST(1PM GMT), I lag hard. Pretty sure it's not with my computer, 'cause it does well when I play at daytime, and other servers seem to be fine. At night, the world loading is painfully long, my messages & actions get delayed for 1 minute+ and it gets to the point where it's just unplayable.
Is there a reason why it's doing it? If then, how can I deal with it?

 

what you're describing sounds like an internet issue. is there anything that could be bogging down your connection at night, like a lot of people using your network?

 

Does this happen with other servers?

 

I don't really know much about internet connections and stuff, but my network(wifi) is definitely not used by many people. Me and my family, like 2 or 3 people?

I logged on to Hypixel the same time, and it seemed to be absolutely normal without any lag
Other servers excluding Hypixel also seemed fine
