Hm, for some reason I thought Ex Nihilo reqs were higher than that (although even now, they're a little high...). That would certainly go well with Sitis

Edit: doesn't even help much pls buff or reduce reqs. The problem with non-Int req spell gear, can't have the same high reqs as Int req spell gear (cf. Slayer).
