Time-wise, the most efficient would be preparing like ten different builds ahead of time and then start a new class and charge towards pre-determined grind spots while switching between said builds as fast as humanly possible

If you want a more realistic method, however, I can offer one that's slightly slower

I created a new class twice over the past few weeks to see how long it takes for me to reach endgame without grinding mobs. By completing all quests available (Except for ???, and also Shadow of the Beast because screw that requirement), and looting caves and completing miniquests when I ran out of quests unlocked, I was able to pretty much reach 103 in a couple of days with no gear taken from previous classes and only using weapons, armor and accessories I get during the playthrough.

The amount of xp quests, miniquests and caves give the player have been ignored greatly because some people don't really do them, but that's my answer. Take of that what you will.

    Minecraft:
    For fastest
Grind mobs at Saint's row -> herb cave -> idol cave -> (waterfall?) -> scrapyard
(Wait for double exp bombs at weekends)(Get a party with totems at herb cave and scrapyard)

But I recommend doing quests, finding secret discoveries, etc besides grinding because tomes and more immersive gameplay experience.
