Best Thorn Build?

Hey I'm looking for the best thorn build for a level 70 assassin. I would like tons of thorns, and also a bunch of health to survive

 

Call of the Void is probably your best bet, it has thorns and it's level 50-something. Also if you want health wear Adamantite, you can get 2500+ health with it.
