Best ring creation method for lvl 40?

I'm looking to get my ringmaking skills up high, and I notice that basic rings without additional ingredients have no abilities, so what are some relatively easy ingredients to add onto which are strong?

 

When I level up my crafting skills, I usually search on the market for ingredients at the right level, then sort by cheapest. If I'm feeling like losing a lot of money I buy them straight off there, if I'm feeling poor I go grind them myself, or just use what I have on hand. If you're looking for stronger ingredients, it really depends what you're looking for, so browsing through wynndata might be the best bet there. Note that you do get more XP from crafting rings with ingredients, and if I remember correctly, higher tier ingredients provide more XP (Though someone may need to correct me on that.)
