The reason that this build works is because the accessories provide just enough strength and dex for this to work, the negative melee damage cancels out so you will end up doing positive damage. Remember that your cancer needs to have a max of NEGATIVE 115% MELEE DAMAGE. Anything lower is even better. -115% + 59% + 33% + 39% + 33% = 49% MELEE DAMAGE, for citizens in the US the legal age limit for consumption of this build is 21, please drink responsibly...
