Grind flarlings by frozen heights for powders

 

Gold III in Legendary Island if possible
If not grind by the Geyser Pits, you can sell the turtle shells and robot antenna in bulk, and key guardians and golden avia's are pretty common there

 

There's a place in Corkus behind the Avos Temple entrance in Envoy 2 that has a ton of robots and turtle mobs, all around lv95. The area is used for the secret necklace discovery, and it looks like a river with a large rock in the middle of it. You can get most endgame loot here, including desirable rare items like Soul Signal or Dark Channeler. Also, tier 4 powders seem to drop a lot here as well.

Also, a Golden Avia spawns above this area as well, and it respawns usually after around 15 minutes or so.
