Best Melee Spells?

What class do YOU consider to have the best spells to support melee? (no influence from my story.)

  1. archer/hunter

  2. mage/dark wizard

  3. warrior/knight

  4. assassin/ninja

    So I've been thinking about
    arrow storm
    escape
    arrow bomb
    arrow shield

    and their hunter variants.
    heal
    teleport
    meteor
    ice snake

    and their dark wizard variants.
    1. Bash
    2. charge
    3. uppercut
    4. war scream

    and their knight variants.
    1. spin attack
    2. vanish
    3. multihit
    4. smoke bomb

    and their ninja variants.

    And what spells support melee builds well.
    The spells I like for melee builds, myself are:
    escape <-- due to that sweet sweet speed 3 and well... I guess the jump itself is ok.
    arrow shield <-- çuz it knocks people back a little when they come close. (And I believe it reduces some damage.)

    (Although arrow storm has some keeping people at a distance potential)

    and their hunter variants.
    heal <-- it's a heal, any melee class loves being able to self-heal.
    teleport <-- it's a teleport, any melee class loves
    ice snake <-- it basically makes your opponent immobile for a few seconds.

    and their dark wizard variants.
    charge <-- it leaps you to your opponent. 'nuff said
    war scream <-- it's damage is based off melee damage and it creates distance.
    (although Bash and uppercut both have some good CC potential. I must say.)

    and their knight variants.
    spin attack <-- the blinding effect is REALLY useful in pve, try it.
    vanish <-- self-explanatory
    multihit <-- creates good distance.
    smoke bomb <-- slows the enemies when trying to melee them.

    and their ninja variants.

    leaving
    archer with 2 spells
    mage with 3 spells
    warrior with 2 spells
    and assassin with 4 spells

    But I'd say that assassin's multihit and smokebomb are only sub-par.

    Mage's spells, however, support melee VERY well. It can immobalize, heal and teleport. Which are DEADLY combinations.

    Which seems like a really odd design choice. I guess that it's supposed to make up for the lack of melee damage. And to still make melee builds a viable option.
