    BUUUUT to answer the question, do grave digger. It is a level 20 quest that gives you access to a great grind spot

    Though if you can't do this quest or feel that it isn't good enough, grind an Ancient Nemract.

    Why would you need to grind at lvl 20? You have all the quests in the world :3

    the quest train usually starts at level 39, with the gavel quests. even then you still hafta grind from time to time
