Best Assassin Build For Damage?

What is the best assassin build I can make for damage, assuming all items are below level 94? Do I just get a slow attack speed weapon and get +attack speed tier armor?

 

Try Alazarin (89 legendary) with Electrocharged greaves(+2) should do at least 5k spin attack and 10k smoke bomb (which is cool)
Maybe add memento for boots

I don't think it is really worth it to have a damage build when you are not level 95+, but a Crossroad Killer with +2 tier attack from Electrocharged Greaves might work well, and Electrocharged Greaves also have a thunder damage bonus. If you want some spell abilities you could use Breezehands which is a ring from the Qira Hive with -65% melee damage, -20% spell and +1 tier attack, I would get 2 and only use spells because they give big spell buffs, then I would use walk, tank or spell gear for the rest of your gear,

 

-65% Melee will really help him do lots of damage..... And does it really matter what level? You can go for high damage at any level really...

 

Well, there is something called spell damage, and I never said you shouldn't go for damage at low levels I just said in my opinion, it is not worth it. Next time please read what I type instead of making assumptions.

yeah, so actually read what I type next time, and I know -20% spell damage will really help, and so will +3 or 4 tiers attack and a thunder damage buff.

 

I don't think if he wants to do damage -spell or -melee won't help at all even if it does have a +tier attack

 

Well, he will do way more damage overall with this because attack speed adds insane damage, I have a +2 tier attack grimtrap build with -34% spell damage, and I deal 13k damage at a minimum with multi-hit and I have no elemental buffs and I am not a glass cannon, my build has good defensive skills and hp.

 

Really it depends what weapon, not attack speed. Look at alkatraz, it can do so much in so little time even though it's supper slow.

 

So can Crossroad Killer, which I recommended, it served me greatly when I was lower level and I had no attack buffs or extreme elemental/spell buffs.

I beg to differ. Assassin just requires a bit of skill to handle, and in the right hands, it's devastating

 

When and how Is it devestating? Assassin is my best and highest leveled class (by far) and I really need some tips / pointers, cause its just not cutting it for me..

 

Attack speed buffs add easily 6k per tier if the base damage is high enough. Why do you think alkatraz builds use +2 tier attack speed mummy's rag?

I once used a +2 tier chestplate with -60% spell damage, and ended up DOUBLING my damage output anyway... So idk what you are thinking, -20% is child's play next to an extra tier.

As for general tips, mana regen or mana steal is very important for assasins, as they are the most mana hungry class. Good mana management also plays a key role in this. Vanish and spin attack (if tier 3) is your friend. Vanish to escape and spin attack to steal positive potion effects from mobs. Bring mana potions, they may be expensive but its worth it

 

No need my friend, currently have 6/2 mana steal and 8/4 mana regen
