i have VIP+ and i'm banned for flying can i have my money back or unban me pls

Pretty sure you can't get a refund, and if you want unbanned, make a proper ban appeal in the ban appeal section near the bottom on the main page of the forums.

 

You need to make a ban appeal here and follow the guide to ban appeals here. Make sure to tag the mod that banned you.
