Banned a long time ago

So, I was permanently banned a very long time ago for using a hacked client. I was young and stupid, and now I don't know how to get the account back since I made an appeal, got it put in the denied section because I did not respond to it and the moderator handling it seem to have resigned. I would appreciate if there was a way for me to get it back. The Minecraft account is connected to this account and has the same name.
