Ban Appeals? (question For Mods/staff)

    (This is directed at the mods/staff because i'm assuming they will know how to answer this best)
    Is the mod who banned you the one who reviews your appeal?
    If so, (which i think it is so) what happens if the mod who banned you is not around anymore to review your appeal?

    The mod who banned you is the one that views your appeal.
    If he isn't active another mod will do it
