Ban Appeal?

So when I go to ban appeal it takes me to a search bar where I placed my alt accounts ign, It says it isn't perm banned even though it was banned for duping almost 3 years ago now. I've been trying to create a ban appeal for this account for awhile now please help.

Have you changed the name of the account? If so, try entering the name you had when you were banned. (Not entirely sure if this is a fix for your problem, just seen it recommended elsewhere, worth a shot)

 

I have and it wont let me even with all my past igns...
