Az Build, Give Me Tips And Ideas!

I need damage and intel and speed that is thunder, water and air. So I want to do a lot of damage, having the mana to do a lot of spells and still have good speed (right now I have 73% speed without my escape spell)

My build right now is: spectre,gale's freedom the thunder pants from the thunder merchant in the hive and flashstep boots (yes I have done hive two times thats how I have 2 air vouchers).

I would like to keep the pants (the 20% thunder damage id OP).
Other than that I am 100% open to suggestions :) So work your magic and give ideas and suggestions of a build :)
