    I'm looking for 2 builds, a speed/thunder build and just a normal thunder build.

    It has to be lvl 74 and under because I'm going to be using an Az and my archer isn't a high lvl yet,

    those links already have powders. I suggest 2xW6 since curse will dramatically increase your damage. For the first link 2xW6 and 1xT6 is most effective. For the second I suggest the same thing though the damage will be lower still since the items are more ws oriented and less dmg/survivability oriented.
