Well, 2/4 stormy amulets doesnt have any negative id and they are rare af, thats why they've been sold for that expensive. ;)

That is saying it is possible to get 2/4s but not anymore other than buying from players

 

It's obtainable by rerolling them.

I did it in the first 30mins of the follow up update..

 

then that one can be ReID, but not those after the update
