The Id's on this could be better, such as the XP bonus, because with this aren't you losing XP bonus? It would be -3% XP bonus because the 22% and 25% cancel each other out at 22%... but who knows, people want Jester Necklaces these days.

Nah man, everyone is new at some point! Plus, the jester items are good for Mage builds who are mana based.

Wait 2/2 Mana Steal... I can't remember is that good? I think it is, but Mana Steal and Life Steal have been nerfed. By a ton, so idk

 

Mana steal and life steal just don't do shit now
2/2 mana steal is good, and honestly people that buy jester items are usually oriented towards one of loot or xp so the xp doesn't matter to a lot of people (like me)

Ahh yeah, my Dank Wizard has a Jester Necklace, 33% for both but 1/2 Mana Steal
