well it's the highest stats for Greaves of Honor and I saw couple of people with 35% xp bonus starting their auction with 12 le, so I think that the starting bid is fine

 

Buyout should probably be 25-30le

 

well I'll lower the buyout for 38 le(32 le is the buyout for Greaves of honor with 30~35 xp bonus)

 

Doesn't mean they'll get it lol.
