Attack Speeds

If you were to have "above" a super fast attack speed (with armor bonuses), would your spell and melee damages increase still or does the system cap off completely at super fast?

EXAMPLE:
Armor bonuses = (+3) tier attack speed.

Weapon = very fast attack speed.

Therefore you should have --> Super fast attack speed (+2).

--- would the +2 actually do anything or is it just a waste?

It Caps off at Super Fast Speed.
