   So I read my mythic daggers and they said "very fast attack speed" then I see on the side "Attack Speed IV" and the icon is Downwards..... My swings take over a second. I checked my armor and it said nothing about attack speed down.

   Dude, weapons have this new attack speed mechanic which makes it more fair and realistic
