Attack Speed Broken?

I have +4 Attack Speed and a Slow weapon, it looks like it is going faster but only damages at a slow rate. I got a Super Fast weapon and it damages fine, is it broken?

 

Yep the attack speed only makes the visuals faster. Not the actually attack speed. Yes it may be a bug :P

 

But the attack speed buff counts in the spell damage, so you can keep it.

 

I lag to vanilla sometimes and I freaking rekt with very fast attack speed alkatraz

 

I tried that with my 2+ Tier Attack Speed Return to Ether while comparing to Thunderbolt.
It (Return to Ether) looks like it super fast, but the firing speed is like it's fast, while Thunderbolt remains super fast.

Thank god I ain't the only one I know this!!!

I don't think +Attack speed affects archers
