At What Lvl Should A Hunted Actually Be Careful Of Other Ppl?

The title says all
The highest lvl I reached with hih is 50ish and I haven't encountered a single hunted around my lvl range
And I assume it will be the same until like 70ish but i dont really know about 80+

90+ will definitely dangerous but is the 80~90 range dangerous too?

 

People tend to use hunted mode (and make builds specifically for it) at level 100+, and various places, like endgame areas, lootrun routes, and cities tend to have a lot of hunted players (although the cities themselves are safe zones, the areas outside them are not)

 

hunted has a +-10 range on combat level so
there most likely isnt much hunters that are below 100 if any
you should play safe after 90+
