Asterisks Beside Ids?

    So i had just identified my Blessed Wrappings, (Level 5 legendary chest plate) when some of the IDs had this beside them: *

    The Health Regen had *** three asterisks, while the xp bonus had * 1 asterisk. Does this show if you got the best ID possible, or what, because i've never seen this before the update.

    Three asterisks means it's max. One asterisk means it's above average (I think?). And two asterisks is close to max.
