    you might want to give a little more detail like a main element or playstyle
    you could go for
    third eye/whitecap crown (hive water helm)
    soul signal/millinium
    dark channeler
    memento/capricorn
    concentration/moon pool/finesse
    concentration/moon pool/finesse
    nebulous/squid anklet
    antim
    for skill points minimum for everything 68 intell and the rest in agi
    you can use any weapon really but i would advise slider (wybel item) or orient and you can also use jester
